Clinical Supervisor
Rachel Schultz is a Clinical Supervisor at Our Child Therapy and has flourished in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. Rachel started her career in
Ohio, where she went to school for behavior analysis by earning her Master’s
degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, after completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
Rachel is dedicated to supporting and motivating those around her with a positive attitude and energy to aid in better outcomes for her clients, families, and staff. She is passionate about providing each client a means of functional communication and promoting independence for her clients.
Rachel is passionate about ensuring all clients have an individualized treatment plan that best suits their needs. In doing so, Rachel works closely with families to ensure the programs being worked on are meaningful and important to the families. Rachel is passionate about learning and growing as a clinician to continue to strengthen her knowledge in the field as it is ever evolving.
Clinical Director
Hannah Preston is the Clinical Director at Our Child Therapy, a role she has excelled in since entering the field in 2018. Originally from California, Hannah pursued her passion for behavioral analysis and communication by earning a Master’s degree in Professional Behavioral Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, following her undergraduate studies in Communicative Disorders and Sciences.
Hannah has supported her kiddos through previous enrollment at Gallaudet University, where she focused on expanding her understanding of communication and inclusion. She stays connected to the professional community through her involvement with the Virginia Association of Behavior Analysts, contributing to mentorship and growth within the field.
With a strong background in communication, Hannah enjoys helping children develop functional communication skills that enrich their daily lives. She finds fulfillment in mentoring Fieldwork Mentees and guiding them on their journey toward becoming Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Every day, she embraces opportunities to learn, teach, and build understanding around autism.

Marygrace Ciolino, Director of Operations and Development at Our Child Therapy, brings a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset from her background in marketing, sales, and operations. Her career began with a
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Public Relations from San Jose State University, where she honed her skills in crafting compelling narratives and building strong relationships.

Amy Ogundare is a dedicated Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and a passionate advocate for empowering children and families. Currently pursuing her master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University,
Amy has been making an impact in the field of behavior analysis since transitioning to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2020. Amy’s journey began in 2018 as a caregiver for families with children with exceptional abilities, an experience that ignited her passion for fostering growth and independence in children. Over the years, she has gained invaluable experience working in ABA clinics, in-home programs, and school settings, honing her skills in promoting inclusive practices and supporting families in creating meaningful change. Amy’s mission is to build strong, meaningful connections, foster independence, and help every child reach their full potential. She finds immense fulfillment in collaborating with families, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs, and championing opportunities for all children to thrive. She began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Colorado and went on to earn her master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2021. Shortly after, she obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
With extensive experience providing ABA therapy and supervision in home, center-based, and community settings, Krystal is passionate about equipping clients with the skills they need to reach their full potential. She is equally committed to supporting parents by providing them with the tools to help their child succeed. Her approach emphasizes fostering independence and teaching effective communication skills to ensure that each child can confidently express their wants and needs.
